Descriptive Service
Audiant Ltd provides an EU AI Act compliance platform that helps small and medium-sized businesses assess their AI systems, determine their risk classification under the EU AI Act, and generate compliance documentation. The Service includes a guided assessment questionnaire, automated document generation, and ongoing platform access as part of an annual subscription.

While we take every reasonable step to ensure our platform reflects current EU AI Act requirements, we cannot guarantee that documentation generated through Audiant will satisfy every regulatory authority in every circumstance. We strongly recommend that companies with complex or high risk AI systems seek independent legal advice in addition to using our platform.
Audiant provides structured, comprehensive documentation designed to meet EU AI Act requirements. However as with any compliance process, final determination of compliance rests with the relevant regulatory authority. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any regulatory review or audit.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@audiant.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Subscription Payment
6.1 Subscription Plans: Access to the Audiant platform requires an annual subscription. Current pricing is displayed on our website at audiant.ai.
6.2 Founder Pricing: Where founder pricing has been offered and accepted, this rate is locked in permanently for the duration of your continuous subscription. Founder pricing is forfeited if your subscription lapses or is cancelled.
6.3 Payment: Payment is due annually in advance. All prices are stated in pounds sterling. Audiant Ltd is not currently VAT registered. Should we become VAT registered in future we will notify customers and update our pricing pages accordingly.
6.4 Renewal: Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will notify you by email before your renewal date.
6.5 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
6.6 Refunds: We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
